Fix Test Guidance of Wewon’s Concrete Testing Machine

Item Content Content Description
Main Switch to the main screen.
Temp, Humi Temperature, humidity: Display the current temperature and humidity values.
Setting value: temperature and humidity setting value (can be set).
Power value: Displays the output power of the current temperature and humidity.
Action Signal Displays the current test running signal. ☞ If the number turns red, it indicates a running signal (corresponding to relay action)
Run Time Displays the running time of the current experiment.
System Time Displays the current system date and time.
CO2 CO2: Display the current CO2 value.
Setting value: CO2 setting value (can be set).
Power value: Displays the current CO2 output power.
Set  Click to enter the setting screen. Please refer to [3-2] for specific settings.
Graph Click to enter the curve setting screen. Please refer to [3-3] for specific settings.
Stop Stop/Run button.
The temperature, humidity, and CO2 buttons can be turned on or off individually. The channel will not run after being turned off.

3.2 Setting Screen
Item Name Name Description
Time Set The fixed value test always runs in the closed state, and you need to click Test Stop to end the fixed value test;
The time must be set in the open state. For example, if the set time is “4.00”, the fixed value test will end after running for 4 hours.

Back Returns the constant value settings.
Wait Mode Standby setting switch. (Factory default off)
☞ Select “On” in the standby setting to set the temperature zone and humidity zone.
Temp Zone Set temperature standby area. (Factory default is 0.00)
Humi Zone Set the humidity standby area. (Factory default is 0.0)
Wait Time Set standby time. (Factory default is 0.00)
For Example →  Set the temperature to 60℃, the humidity to 60%, select “On” for standby, set the temperature area to 1.00, the humidity area to 1.0, and the standby time to 1.00.
For Example →  The timing will not start until the temperature measurement value reaches 60±1℃ and the humidity measurement value reaches 60±1%. If the set value has not been reached in 1 hour, the timing will also start.

3.3 Curve Screen

Back Return to the fixed value test screen.
Temperature, Humidity, CO2 Displays the measured values of temperature, humidity, and CO2, and the set values of temperature, humidity, and CO2.
Note: The color of the displayed value is consistent with the color of the curve.
Curve Scale Display temperature, humidity, CO2 curve scale. (The scale range can be set in ⑨)
Time Scale Display temperature, humidity, CO2 time scale.
Zoom Click to enlarge the curve.
Reduce Click to shrink the curve.
Clear Click to clear the current curve.
Export Export curves. (This function can only be operated after inserting the USB flash drive)
☞ Export data to EXCEL document.
Set Click to enter the curve setting screen. Please refer to [2.2.1] for specific settings.

Sampling Time Set the sampling time of the test data sampler, in seconds.
