Maintenance and Troubleshootings for Freon Leak Detecters

A freon leak detector is a device used to detect and locate leaks in cooling systems that use freon or other refrigerants. Freon, also known as chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) or hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC), is commonly used as a coolant in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The leak detector works by sensing the presence of freon gas in the air. It typically uses a heated diode sensor or an infrared sensor to detect the gas. When a leak is present, the freon gas escapes and is detected by the sensor.

(1) The controller should be installed in the duty room or places where people often come and go, and should be supervised by special personnel; users and non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the instrument at will. Maintenance Notice & Precautions
(2) When the controller is in normal monitoring state, please do not cut off the power frequently. Regularly check whether the controller is working normally, and the cycle is recommended to be once every three months.
(3) Do not change the internal parameters of the controller arbitrarily, so as not to affect normal use due to parameter mismatch. If there is a fault and needs to be removed for maintenance, please make sure that the controller is powered off.

Troubleshootings and Solve Methods: When the controller sends out a fault alarm signal, the on-duty personnel should first perform the “silencing” operation, and then handle it according to the reported fault address and fault type according to the following table.

The operation time is 90 seconds, and it will automatically exit after 90 seconds (data will not be stored). Press the “Cancel” button to automatically exit (data will not be stored). The instrument operation password is as follows:

Remarks: The default is pulse signal, each action, relay 2 will pull in for 1 second
